Hesham Elhuni was born and educated in Benghazi, Libya. He got his B.A.Sc. in civil engineering in 2003 from the University of Benghazi. By the end of 2007, the author got his M.E.ng degree in geotechnical engineering. In 2013,the author got his MASc degree in structural engineering for the University of Waterloo,Ontario, Canada.
