Medication non adherence Was found high in chronic diseases such as in COPD. Factors affecting medication non adherence includes smoking, economic burden, improper use of inhalers and poly-pharmacy. Clinical pharmacist plays a vital role in improving the medication adherence, & educating patients about the disease.
