Government of India launched Soil Health Card Scheme in 2015 as an initiative for soil quality and nutrient management. This scheme has received wide acceptance from the farmer community. However, as this scheme is recently introduced its evaluation for effectiveness needs to be carried out. This study is an attempt with an aim to assess soil health card scheme in the Chandrapur district of Central India. Furthermore, constraint faced by farmers and suggestions from the same is presented.
