Eva Maria Garza-Nyer native to Laredo, received three degrees from The University of Texas at Austin: Bachelor of Arts (1997), Master of Education (1999), PhD Educational Leadership (2010). She entered the field of education in 2002 as a college counselor in Austin ISD and continues to currently serve those families.
