In this research, the evaluation of the in-service teacher training system involved the evaluation of two modalities: techno-pedagogical and didactic. In order to collect information, two tools were used: first, an online questionnaire was administered to teachers participating in an online in-service training, and second, an ergonomic evaluation grid was adopted in accordance with the model of Bastien & Scapin (1997). Despite the satisfaction of the majority of the participants with the ease of navigation, some difficulties were noted at the technical, cognitive and organizational levels. At the didactic level, the results of the evaluation of the in-service distance training system showed that the contents of the training system were appropriate in relation to the following three aspects: the needs of the teachers trained, the declared training objectives and finally the duration of the training provided.
