Ph.D., is technical advisor for the presidency of SPTrans, São Paulo's public transport agency, Brazil. She is specialized in urban and regional policies and governance, having researched it at FGV in Brazil, WU in Austria and in fellowships at Harvard Kennedy School, Newcastle University and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
