Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibrahimov was Head of International Relations Department at Qafqaz University till 2013. From 2011 till 2014 has taken position of Head of Foreign Policy Analysis at Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan Republic. Currently, Dr. Ibrahimov has taught at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (South Korea).
