The transition from confrontation to preliminary cooperation is the call of the times and the best way to serve the interests of the two countries and peoples.I made three arguments: the legacies of colonial segregation, the historical scars of assimilation practices and the antagonism existing among the diverging political actors built an impasse that affected bilateral relations.

Dr. Miessa Elema Robe was born on the 12th of September 1987, in Anna Sorra rural area, Guji zone, Southern Oromia Region, Ethiopia. BA in Educational Planning and Management (EDPM), MBA in Leadership, and finally received PhD. in Diplomacy, from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China, in June 2022.
