Problems and interest of the work:Medicine is always evolving, hence the need to adapt newof ethical conduct of physicians and caregivers. The ethical conflicts generated by the medical practice are very frequent, and even more frequent and particular in the medical practice with the minor. Objectives of the work:The objective of our work is to analyze the place of ethics in the medical practice of doctors in pediatrics as well as to know their ethical reflections for the resolution of some conflicts encountered during the care practiced to minors.Subjects of the study and methodology:This was a cross-sectional, descriptive and observational survey conducted among doctors taking care of minors in the university hospitals of Sfax. The questionnaire was prepared in advance.The main criterion of judgment was the presence of ethical conflicts in the practice of doctors in pediatrics. The data collection was done over a period of one month from July 25, 2021 to August 25, 2021.
