Celestino "Sal" Colon is a prisoner serving a second degree life sentence in Massachusettes. Though eligible for parole since 2010, he refuses to meet with the parole board for personal reasons. He has served on the Board of Directors of Prison Legal Services (formerly Massachusetts Correctional Legal Services) since 2001.
