Boulanouar MESSAOUDI was born on April 3, 1983 in Hennaya, Tlemcen in Algeria. He received his bachelor's degree in natural sciences in 2001 and pursued his studies at the university of Tlemcen majoring in exact sciences chemistry. He graduated in chemistry (D.E.S) in 2005, the magister in 2008 and the doctorate in physical chemistry in 2013.
