Alok Kumar Jha erwarb 2007 den B.E. in Maschinenbau an der Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, und 2009 bzw. 2016 den M.Tech. und Ph.D. am National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Sein Forschungsgebiet umfasst Maschinendesign, Verbundwerkstoffe und mobile Robotik.
