Over the years, the dependence of human beings on the environment has become increasingly evident, as well as their vulnerability to major climate changes and environmental deterioration; therefore, strategies and plans for conservation have been developed at a global level. However, in Latin America, according to (Gutiérrez, 2020) it has taken a little longer to unify the aspects of the environment with the health of the population, although there are "environmental health policies, programs and strategies, these have dissimilar levels of hierarchy and applicability, and in general terms it is necessary to develop a deductive process to establish the relationship between environmental and health factors". In Peru, in order to guarantee the quality of life of the people and the sustainable development of the country, the State enacted the (Ministerial Resolution N°247-2013- MINAM, 2013), to regulate the Environmental Control Regime establishing guidelines, principles and common bases for environmental control in the country, as well as the general provisions that must be complied with in a mandatory manner by the Environmental Control Entities (EFA).
