The Democratic Republic of Congo (hereafter DRC) is facing an unprecedented loss of biodiversity and requires urgent action: this is the palpable reality that cannot be totally escaped and that must be taken into account when deciding through regulation. This work therefore intends to discuss, in a particular way, the part or the relevance of an effective consecration of the environmental responsibility and repair of the ecological damage in Congolese law; while seeking to bring out, at the general level, the importance of the protection of the environment by demonstrating that any irrational activity can harm its good conservation and its perenniality with the greatest damage of the man and the biodiversity whose interest to continue those who are actors who they are: State, commercial companies or individuals in order to obtain from all a sustainable use of this natural planetary wealth.
