This impact is illustrated by air and water pollution, deforestation, water scarcity, soil degradation, climate change and flooding. This study is being conducted in a context where efforts are being made to strengthen coordination on accountability and environmental management issues. However, these efforts need to be strengthened and coordinated. The shortcomings identified, at different levels, have allowed the formulation of perspectives for a better Environment and Humanitarian Action tandem.
