Author is having MBA, BSc (Business Studies), PGD in International Relations and H.Dip. in HRM. She is working as a Research Officer at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sri Lanka and published research papers locally and internationally. Her research fields are Entrepreneurship, Green HRM, International Relations and Research Commercialization.
