In this work (book) every reader can find new contents for the entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation with more and more importance for the entrepreneurs. In the same time I am trying to put attention to the changes with more preciseness in the working in this book. The entrepreneurs are the moving forces that create changes constantly.During the creation of this book I was leaded by the basic principle to create a book to explain the modern entrepreneurship process and the characteristic of the entrepreneur of the 21st century through the following phases: emphasizing the importance of the creativity and innovation of theentrepreneurs, preparation activities before start a new business and entrepreneur of the 21st century.

Marija Magdinceva-Sopova , PhD was born on 28.03.1972 in Gevgelija. She holds a PhD degree from Faculty of economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She works at Goce Delcev univeristy in Stip from 2012 as an assistant professor. Her field of interest is management, entrepreneurship, and management of small and medium enterprises.
