The forms and varieties of the language across different countries of Europe, including history and evolution of the language keeping in mind the colonial aspect is also a part of our topic. The present status of English was not the same during the First World War and even before that, and how it turned out to be the language of day to day communication of approximately 1.5 billion people is discussed in detail.
