A veteran of the Applied Communications Department of Kwantlen Polytechnic University�s School of Business, David Ingre has taught a variety of business, technical, and professional writing and communication courses in American and Canadian colleges, universities, and corporate training programs for more than 25 years. He has worked as a federal government civil servant, as an instructional designer, and as a teacher of English as a second language on two continents. Mr. Ingre owns a consulting service that focuses on curriculum development, the creation of promotional and marketing materials, and specialized correspondence. His business communications textbooks have been published in both the United States and Canada. With an academic background in Romance Linguistics, Mr. Ingre is fluent in French and Spanish.
