Probably every job requires some sort of passion to those who do it, but three specific work fields really require high levels of passion and belief since they should not be considered as "jobs" but as life missions: Medical (whether human or animal), Security (whether military or police), and Education (whether to children or adults). Those three specific fields require personal belief in the mission, since they usually require individuals to perform beyond what the job description requires and greatly depend on going the "extra mile" to perform. For that reason, learning more about what drives people working in education across the region could be very knowledge enriching, since those educators build up future leadership capacity and the can-do attitude that the region needs.
