A public good? Or a marketable public good?In this book, we strive to scrutinize energy consumption in public buildings in Cameroon. We used a multi-actor approach to identify new practices in the sustainability of public expenses. The future of this public good lies inadopting new and sustainable mechanisms. Energy efficiency is debatable nowadays worldwide. The fundamental question is who should drive the transition to renewable energy economy.
