The book focuses on improving internal digital communication channels in large-sized companies by understanding employees' preferences. The author applies deductive reasoning and qualitative approach. The theoretical framework of the study explores the concepts of internal communication, internal digital communication channels, and employees' preferences for internal digital communication channels. For the empirical part, the case company's internal communication and internal digital communication channels are reviewed. Interviews are conducted with the case company's employees in order to find out their preferences for internal digital communication channels. Based on the results of the interviews, the study makes recommendations for the case company's internal communications.

Thi Hoang Oanh Vo was born in Vietnam. She received the BBA degree with Top 5% Honors from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, Finland in 2016. In 2014, she joined an American multinational technology corporation as a Communications Intern. In 2016, she completed her thesis in collaboration with an engineering corporation in Finland.
