Elina Penttinen is a University Lecturer and Director of the Master's Program in Gender Studies at the University of Helsinki (UH), Finland. Marjut Jyrkinen is an Associate Professor in Working Life Equality and Gender Studies at the UH, and director of the research consortium on sustainable working life. Elisabeth Wide is a PhD researcher in Sociology and Gender Studies at the UH.
