Tim Higgs Author, Facilitator, Speaker, Coach Tim Higgs has been involved in the corporate training and coaching industry for the past 16 years. And prior to that he was in private clinical practice. He is a published author, entertaining speaker and facilitator, and passionate expert in Communication, Relationships, and Leadership, specialising in the areas of Confidence, Credibility, and Emotional Intelligence. As well as holding a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psych, Tim has a Master's degree in Cultural Psychology, a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Certificate in Training and Education, giving him a unique theoretical backdrop for understanding human motivation, performance, and change for individuals and in the workplace. This complements his practical experience of working as a manager in Sales & Marketing within the corporate sector, senior state manager in a training organisation, owning and running a private clinical practice, and working as the Family Therapist in a private hospital for mood disorders and addictions. Corporately, Tim has trained and coached all levels of management from new to the C-Suite in a variety of industry verticals, from finance and banking to logistics, IT, Telecommunications and Manufacturing.
