The study mainly aimed to find out the reasons to practice Emotional Intelligence among the Faculty Members working in Engineering Colleges, to know the level of practicing Emotional Intelligence among the Faculty Members working in Engineering colleges located in Erode District and to assess the impact of practicing Emotional Intelligence on career success among the Faculty Members working in Engineering Colleges.
