Mallika had been a distinguished student of Psychology and then successfully taught at different Management Institutions of India. Now she is appointed as a Research Fellow. Her area of interest is Sense of Happiness among employees, especially those who serve in sectors that are known to produce stress and Work-Family Life imbalance.
