Nistor Ciprian Gheorghe was born in Codlea town, Brasov County (Romania). He studied electrical engineering (Bachelor, Master) and orthodox theology (Bachelor). He has a PhD in electrical engineering with thesis: ¿Contributions regarding noise analysis and modelling of three phase induction motors¿, presented at "Transilvania" University of Brasov.
