In writing this book we have aimed to determine whether any policy exists in Libyan public institutions for the creation and management of electronic records and to determine whether electronic records management strategies are in place without any difficulties. This book provides an overview of the important issues of managing electronic records. It discusses in detail ongoing developments in Libya in the areas of electronic records and highlights the obstacles of managing electronic records.
