Professor Malek Benslama has got State Doctorat of Sciences at ENSEEIHT Toulouse France in 1992. He is actually Head of Doctoral School of Space Telecommunications and member of scientific council of Algerian Space Agency. He is authored of several papers on numerical communications, microwaves and satellites systems.
