Es licenciado en Administración de Empresas por el ITESM-CCJ. Cuenta con estudios en psicología y pedagogía y una especialidad en Valores Socioculturales del Mundo por Comillas, Universidad Pontificia de Madrid. Es maestro en Educación para la Paz por la Universidad Albert Einstein. Desde hace 25 años se dedica profesionalmente a la consultoría empresarial asesorando, en aspectos de planeación estratégica, procesos de negocio, mercadotecnia, capacitación organizacional y desarrollo humano, a empresas nacionales y multinacionales. Creó Educación Planeta, S. A. de C.V., empresa dedicada a la mercadotecnia infantil. Esta iniciativa le valió el premio "YUM! Brand International" al mejor programa infantil a nivel mundial. Es también socio y miembro de la Unidad de Neurociencias del Hospital Ángeles México. Y el fundador de Naturaleza Humana, aceleradora de líderes. Actualmente, desarrolla dos de sus más grandes pasiones: impartir conferencias sobre temas como valores y desarrollo humano y preparar -a cada vez más personas- en el Método de Neurotransformación con el que ya se han ayudado a miles de individuos que desean hacer cambios positivos en su vida.
