Seit mehr als 10 Jahren arbeitet Mario als Business Coach. In unterschiedlichen Formaten hat er seitdem hunderte Führungskräfte aus mittelständischen Betrieben und auch Dax-Unternehmen begleitet. Mario hat im Jahr 2021 ein Selbstcoachingkonzept veröffentlicht, dass durch die Eichhörnchen in seinem Garten inspiriert wurde. Mario has been working as a business coach for more than 10 years. Since then, he has accompanied hundreds of executives from medium-sized companies and DAX companies in various formats. Mario published a self-coaching concept in 2021 that was inspired by the squirrels in his garden.
