Hence, unless improvements are made it is likely the sustainability of the project may be severely compromised.

Wubneh Belete Abebe was born at Kombolcha, Wollo in Dec,1971. I completed my elementary and secondary school at Azezo, N/Gondar. I have a BSc degree in agri-Engineering in Haramaya University; and MSc degree in Environmental Planning and management at UNESCO-IHE, Delft, Netherlands. Now, I am working in a gov't consulting firm as Environmentalist.
