ANOVA revealed that mean sum of square due to progeny of crosses viz; Cross-I, Cross-II of F3 under different selection group followed by two dates of sowing for all most all traits were highly significant except for traits PH and GYP plot while in Cross-III, all characters were found highly significant except GPP in Ist date of TP under HY group indicating the presence of ample amount of genetic variability among progenies for all characters under study.
