With efforts to develop individuals, team, work units and organization as a whole, performance appraisal as an instrument can provide meaningful feedback to individuals. With performance appraisal report, individuals are provided with evaluations of self and others' perceptions. This creates an awareness of perceptions' discrepancy and may induce behavioral change in parallel with these radio stations.

Agatha is a Tanzanian woman with experience in Mass Communication, Business Administration and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Management. She holds M.A (Hons)in Business Administration (MBA), B.A in Mass Communication, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)in Monitoring and Evaluation and Post Graduate Diploma(PGD) in Project Management.
