Dr.Choi is a PhD(Management) holder and currently a senior lecturer in Technological University of Malaysia.His research interest is in HRM and Organizational Behavior. His co-author, Ms.Lee holds a bachelor degree in business (Accounting) from Monash University, Australia. She later continues her MBA at Wawasan Open University Malaysia.
