This study seeks to understand better what leadership skills are needed to communicate effectively in cross-cultural business environments in order to move through conflict.

Dr. Theo Bosma has over 25 years of business experience in healthcare and technology-related fields with companies like Philips, Health Language, Cerner Corporation and Accenture. Dr. Bosma is an adjunct assistant Professor at the International University in Vienna, Austria where he teaches a variety of classes to MBA and Bachelor students.
