The author Otsyulah Joseph Okumu has a certificate in education, Bachelor of education degree of Kenyatta University and a masters degree in Human Resource Management from Masinde Muliro University. He is a member of Kenya Institute of Management. He is currently a senior lecturer at Kaimosi TTC and a PhD student at Maseno University.
