World Health Organisation has reported that Non-Communicable Diseases has been on rise for a period of time. NCDs has affected the working age population hence reducing labour force participation rate, hindering achievements of economic and social targets. such threatening diseaases include; Malaria, TB, HIV/AIDs, Cancer among others.
