Methanol sprayed at 3 times during the growing season, respectively, in the beginning stages of growth quick transplanting, begin week bud and 30 days after budding. Results from analysis of data shows That plant height, SPAD values, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in leaves and SLA were significant in interaction of two factors at 1 percent level but the number of leaves were significant in two-factor interactions in 5 percent level. Sugar and nicotine percent, leaf length, leaf width, dry weight of first fold, leaf number, SPAD values Were significant in values sprayed methanol at 5 percent. In Appears with considering the results show that methanol improved qualitative of tobacco but not affect yield of tobacco.
