The main objective of this work is to investigate the effect of additives on Tensile and flexural behavior of Kevlar Fiber fabric at a laminate level to explore an alternative skin material for the outer body of aerospace applications and machines. This experimental work investigates the effect of Graphene concentration in epoxy resin on the Tensile and flexural properties of Kevlar fiber laminate of 4 mm thickness. The laminate had been prepared by using the hand lay-up method and a test has been conducted on it. Various Tensile and Flexural properties values obtained from experimentation have been compared for Kevlar fiber laminate composites of three different concentrations were fabricated by adding the Graphene powder to the resin bath. The effect of Graphene concentration variation (5%, 6%, and 7%) weight on the prepared material.Mechanical properties can be studied by a universal testing machine (UTM) according to ASTM standards. Analytical investigation of composites can be done in Autodesk fusion 360 software and the Experimental results were Tabulated and characterized.
