Inclusive education is the need of present time which stands on the principle of 'unity in diversity'. This is possible only in a flexible education system that assimilates the needs of a diverse range of learners and adapts itself to meet these needs. Its aims at all stakeholders in the system to be comfortable with diversity and see it as a challenge rather than a problem. This book reports a survey results of an investigative study on the level of preparedness of Indian teachers and administrators to use inclusive practices in secondary schools and findings revealed that physical infrastructure and instructional resources are inadequate for supporting learners with special needs. Teachers are insufficiently vigilant about inclusion.
