El Sr. Digambar Naik, tiene un máster en Educación por la Universidad KIIT y un máster en Educación por la Universidad de Ravenshaw, y obtuvo la beca nacional Rajib Gandhi durante su doctorado en Educación. También ha trabajado como becario de proyectos en el marco del proyecto UNDPA. El autor está especializado en Educación Superior, Educación Tribal y Desarrollo.
