Dr. Lee Ting Hun earned his doctorate degree in Bioprocess Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Dr. Lee currently heads the Edible bird's nest unit in UTM. He is a pioneer in bird's nest and swiftlet ranching research in Malaysia. He has made several contributions to industry winning him the Malaysian Scientist Award.
