El autor, Shadrack David, nació en Nigeria en el seno de la familia David. Actualmente es personal del Taraba State Polytechnic Suntai, en Nigeria, y licenciado en Economía por la Universidad Usman Danfodio de Sokoto, Nigeria, y actualmente escribe su tesis de maestría en economía.
