Autorenporträt
Dr. Khai received PhD and Postdoc in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Kyushu University, Japan. He is a lecturer at Can Tho University. He has written over ten scholarly journal articles, one book, and three book chapters in the areas of agricultural policy, productive efficiency, commodity insurance, pollution and environmental evaluation.
