In present conditions, research into the global manifestations of the negative impact of changes in the ecological state of our planet has led to the need to develop new approaches to the assessment of ecological equilibrium of the environment and modern development. One of these conditions is the possibility of creating both regional and international databases of emission concentrations in various environmental elements. Against the background of the ongoing processes, the problems of solving the geopolitical and socio-cultural development of Central Asia may be of particular interest.
