Mrs. Mandira Katuwal Bhattarai was born on 20th of January, 1986 in Kailali, Nepal. She has completed Masters degree in Agricultural Entomology from Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences (IAAS), Chitwan, Nepal in 2011. She has been working as Plant Protection Officer in Department of Agriculture (DOA) under Government of Nepal since 2011.
