Purpose of this study is to assess efficiency and implications of District E-Service Centres (DESC) of Bangladesh and validate the e-governance for good governance. The standard of service, choice & consultation, courtesy & consultation, entrance & information, and value for money have found the positive relation with citizen's satisfaction. While the attenuation of corruption, intensity of clarity, efficiency of service, level of convenience, and altitude of interaction has found affirmative with good governance. The accountability, transparency, effectiveness, responsiveness, and rule of law have shown the effective measures for good governance. The study results revealed that the DESC provides public services efficiently, the e-service centres are positively interconnected with effective e-governance service, e-governance services have a positive impact on enhancing citizen satisfaction and e-governance is positively correlated to good governance promises impending to validation of hypothesis. It is believed the comprehensive analysis on e-service centres would be imperative to assess the effectiveness of delivery of e-government services.
