The author of a book itching to prove E-Governance as a boon to nation's transparent governance and justifies it's advent in the context precipitating progress of development in the economically and socially background countries like India. The book, note withstanding, narrates the story of development and its results focusing on chiscordant unpleasant Socio-Economic structural system. Where class and class competing to garner the benefits of development in a sleazy and stealthy manner. The book also makes a plausible reference to e-governance as relevant in the most wretched socio economically backward nations, where, a few prinheged caste groups grew the limited economic resources. And large portion of illiterate population left to fend for them. This is the reality prevailing across the third where prismatic social system is predominantly a phenomenon and few we per classes would harness the benefits at the expense of justice under the constitutional prolusions of Indian constitution. The author's intellectual and intelligible excise throughout the book makes a solemn invitation with unfolded hands for a strident entry of e-governance in Indian administration.
