Dr. Abinwi Nchise is the Director of Research at the Southern University¿s International Center for Information Technology and Development (ICITD) Baton Rouge. His research dwells on the interactions of social, cultural, and infrastructural aspects of information technology transfer to developing nations. He holds a PhD in Public Policy.
